SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING TIME​

The normal order processing time is 24hr during business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been shipped, delivery time is estimated 2/3 business days ( Royal Mail ). Please keep in mind that during holidays the shipping and delivery time may vary. 

 

ORDER TRACKING​​

Orders can be tracked with your Royal Mail Reference number, you should find this with your order confirmation email.

REFUNDS OR RETURNS​

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund or exchange within a two week period from date of delivery.

 

To qualify for a refund or exchange products must be sealed in original packaging. We cannot accept any returns on used/opened packaging.

Please note: We DO NOT refund transactions fees. Transaction fees are charged at 1.6% of the total value of your order. 

 

Dollsface Ltd will not be responsible for lost or damage during transit therefore you are kindly advised to add tracking/insurance if necessary.
