Which skin types are your Face + Neck ELIXIRS suitable for?
Our ELIXIRS are suitable for all skin types — including oily, dry, combination and sensitive skin — thanks to their feather-light textures and skin-harmonising botanicals. They nourish deeply without heaviness or congestion.
Will your ELIXIRS clog my pores?
No. Our formulas are intentionally designed to be non-comedogenic. All are carried in olive-derived squalane — rated 0 on the comedogenic scale — meaning it is highly unlikely to clog pores.
Are your formulas natural, vegan and “clean”?
Yes. Every DOLLSFACE® ELIXIR is vegan and crafted with high-performance botanicals. We are free from parabens, harsh chemicals, hormone-disrupting ingredients and unnecessary synthetics.
We always favour natural preservation systems. In GLOW and Sacred Strands, we use a very small amount of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) stabilised with tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E) to protect freshness and performance. This inclusion is gentle, minimal and safe.
Can teenagers use your ELIXIRS?
Yes. Our formulas are gentle enough to be used from age 12+, supporting hydrated, balanced and healthy-looking skin.
Are your ELIXIRS suitable for sensitive or allergy-prone skin?
Our blends are created with carefully selected botanicals. If you have sensitivities or known allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and carrying out a small patch test prior to full use.
Are your ELIXIRS suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our formulas are crafted with gentle botanicals. However, we always recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before introducing any new skincare ritual during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Where are DOLLSFACE® ELIXIRS made?
Each ELIXIR is thoughtfully formulated and blended in our in-house laboratory in Yorkshire, UK — alongside the crystals that accompany our rituals. Packaging and certain botanicals are sourced ethically from their countries of origin, including:

Bakuchiol (Sytenol® A)
A gentle, plant-based retinol alternative clinically shown to support collagen renewal, improve elasticity, refine texture and soften the appearance of fine lines — without the irritation often associated with traditional retinol.
Acmella Oleracea (Remodel Intense)
Often referred to as “plant botox,” Acmella helps relax micro-tension within the skin’s surface, smoothing expression lines while supporting firmness and skin architecture for a naturally lifted appearance.
Ginseng Root Extract
A revitalising adaptogenic root traditionally celebrated for boosting skin vitality. Clinically studied for its ability to support circulation, energise the complexion, improve radiance and help defend against environmental stress.
Blue Lotus Absolute
An antioxidant-rich floral extract revered historically for calming and balance. Known to help soothe visible redness, support skin clarity and promote a softly luminous complexion.
Prickly Pear Seed Oil
Ultra-light and nutrient-dense, rich in vitamin E + essential fatty acids. Clinically studied for its ability to provide deep hydration, support barrier resilience, improve suppleness and enhance skin luminosity.
Marula Oil

How should I use the ELIXIRS?
Warm 2–3 drops between your palms, then press gently into the face + neck — morning and/or evening. Use alone, or layered beneath moisturiser.

Do your ELIXIRS help with dryness or fine lines?
Yes. Our blends contain antioxidants, omega-rich botanicals and plant-based retinol alternatives that help support elasticity, deeply hydrate and soften the visible signs of ageing.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. DOLLSFACE® is proudly cruelty-free and vegan.
How long does one bottle last?
With 2–3 drops per application, most bottles last approximately 2–3 months, depending on routine.
Do your ELIXIRS contain synthetic fragrance?
No. Their aroma comes only from natural botanicals and essential oils — allowing you to experience the true character of each plant.
How should I store my ELIXIRS?
Store in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight, with the bottle securely closed when not in use.
What is the shelf life?
When stored correctly, your ELIXIR remains fresh and effective for up to 12+ months after opening.
